KEY DUTIES
* To provide support to all members of the Customer Services Dept in respect of decisions regarding customer orders, questions and complaints.
* To liaise with Warehouse on matters relating to order processing, picking, declines and stock.
* To liaise with Accounts Department to ensure the correct assignment of funds onto customer accounts.
* To ensure customer scheduled orders are processed as required and on time. To close off any account balance discrepancies.
* To contact customers for payment when product is available.
* To manage Allocated Stock and reports.
* To run required daily reports.
* To manage the day to day postal problems, enquiries and cost.
OTHER DUTIES
* To assist within the Company on excessive workload.
* To assist other Departments at busy time.
* To advise of any unsafe working practices or faulty equipment.
* To abide to Company terms and conditions of employment.
* To manage Customers on hold.
* To manage Retail Pricing discrepancies.
* To manage Retail Pricing communication to customers
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* To ensure all customer orders are processed same day.
* To ensure Allocated Stock report does not exceed agreed value.
* To ensure Aged Debtors report issues are closed off in an agreed time.
* Ensure pick notes and invoices are provided to the Warehouse Department at agreed times..
Job Type: Full-time
