Overview
The post holder will support the Project Delivery Manager with delegated responsibility for Capital Projects and will develop and maintain relationships with Estate colleagues, Clinicians, Directorate Managers, Senior Managers, and any appointed Consultants and Contractors involved in project work. The role includes management of delegated Capital Projects and the appointment and supervision of contract staff delivering capital projects, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures (e.g., H&S, HR, GDPR). The post holder is responsible for Capital Project Budgets up to £25M (Non-Staff Expenditure).

Experience & Qualifications
Education & Qualification
* Essential: Full UK Professional Registration (MCIOB, MRICS, MCIBSE, M.Arb etc.) or equivalent demonstrable experience
* Essential: Degree level in Construction or Property Discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience
* Essential: Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
* Desirable: HM Treasury Better Business Cases Foundation or similar Project/Programme Management Qualification
Experience & Knowledge
* Essential: Successful track record in Property Investment and Improvement within a similarly scaled environment
* Essential: Extensive knowledge in managing clients, contractors and consultants
* Essential: Experience of leading a team of professionals
* Essential: Experience delivering value for money / efficiency-related changes
* Essential: Ability to work in high-performing teams and achieve targets
