Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - West London (6 months) Salter Grange are currently recruiting for a site based Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor to support the team in preparing and managing variations on a live project. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a site environment and enjoys working closely with subcontractors and project teams. Role responsibilities: * Be based full time on site (with occasional visits to head office) * Identify works from the discovery schedule * Physically measure on site and prepare quantities, scoping documents, and assess programme impacts * Collate subcontractor costs * Instruct subcontractors to proceed with approved works * Maintain accurate records of works undertaken for each variation including timesheets, materials, operatives Requirements: * Previous experience as an Assistant QS, Junior QS or Project QS in a site based role * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage variation records * Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors and project stakeholders * Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines To be considered for this opportunity please apply now with your most up to date CV...
