Responsibilities
* Deliver awe-inspiring guest service from the first moment of contact
* Direct traffic and assist guests as directed
* Liaise with shuttle services to keep operations moving
* Provide tips, directions and insider castle knowledge
* Deliver exceptional customer service within the ticket office, queue line, and car park
Qualifications
* Excellent people skills and enjoyment of guest interaction
* Positive, confident attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Great communication skills and a proactive approach
* Physical stamina for working outdoors (in all weather)
* Attention to safety and pride in presentation
