Warehouse Operations Manager Direct Reports: Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, Senior Administrators Hours: 45 hours per week Salary: Negotiable Car Allowance About the Role An experienced and forward-thinking Warehouse Operations Manager is required to lead warehousing and fulfilment operations across two main warehouse sites and two off-site locations based in Corby. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the efficient and safe management of all warehouse activities, including goods-in, storage, fulfilment, and dispatch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, stock integrity, and compliance, while delivering outstanding service to customers. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will oversee a team of managers, supervisors, and administrators, driving performance, process improvement, and continuous development across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate and manage teams across multiple warehouse locations. * Oversee all warehouse operations including inbound, storage, fulfilment, and outbound logistics. * Ensure stock accuracy levels of 97.5% or higher. * Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company protocols. * Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively. * Deliver customer SLAs through efficient scheduling and proactive communication. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. * Drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies across the business. * Support and uphold all company accreditations, audits, and compliance standards. * Promote a culture of Service, Reliability, and Honesty across all teams. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations management, ideally across multiple sites. * Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. * Excellent understanding of warehouse management systems, stock control, and process improvement. * Commercially aware with experience in budgeting and cost management. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. * Knowledge of BRC/UKWA accreditations and HACCP processes would be an advantage.
