What you’ll be doing You’ll help keep their compliance and quality systems in top shape in a newly created role by: Managing and updating compliance documents and records Supporting packaging specifications and data accuracy Assisting with Quality Management System (QMS) administration Collecting supplier certifications (FSC, food safety, environmental, etc.) Logging non-conformances, complaints, and corrective actions Preparing reports and dashboards for management Maintaining training records and supporting staff training admin Helping with sustainability data and reporting Providing admin support during audits What you’ll get Competitive salary (£26k–£28k depending on experience) 25 days holiday bank holidays Ongoing training and development Real career progression in a growing, sustainability-focused business A friendly, supportive team What we’re looking for A degree in Food Science, Quality, Compliance, Product Engineering or related discipline Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills Strong communicator who’s happy working with different teams Curious about compliance, quality, and sustainability — and keen to learn
