A Day in the Life of a Receptionist at Our Hotel
This hands-on role requires the ability to answer guest inquiries courteously, promote hotel services, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and local attractions.
* Be the first smile guests see and the friendly voice they remember, creating a warm welcome!
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently, making every guest feel special.
* Become a local expert, sharing the best spots for brunch, hidden gems, and must-see sights.
* Master multitasking: answer calls, manage bookings, and handle requests with a positive attitude.
* Keep the front desk organized and inviting.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
* Go above and beyond to surprise and delight guests with personal touches.
* Process reservations, changes, and cancellations promptly while making guests feel valued.
What We Need From You
* A people person who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
* Excellent communication skills for handling inquiries and sharing local knowledge.
* Organized and detail-oriented to manage reservations and requests smoothly.
* A quick thinker and problem solver, especially in busy times.
* A team player with a flexible, helpful attitude.
* Experience in a similar hotel role.

* Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Availability to work shifts: 06:45-15:15, 09:00-18:00, or 14:30-23:00.
