Permanent - 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri plus on call)
Salary: £47,307 - £52,065 dependent on experience
Hybrid Working – Applicant will be responsible for two sites in Lancashire and will travel to said sites once per week as a minimum (each). Applicants must be available and prepared to be on-site during working hours as required by the organisation, with flexible home-working around these times. Diaries are managed autonomously by individual practitioners based on service need.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for two sites in Lancashire; travel to said sites once per week as a minimum (each) and be on-site during working hours as required by the organisation.
* Participate in on-call duties as required.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support NHS funded intensive mental health packages and residential placements for complex young people aged 16-30 with histories of complex trauma and personality disorders.
Qualifications & Essential Criteria
* Registered Nurse (RMN)
* Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN)
* Band 7
* Salary £47,307 - £52,065 dependent on experience
* Hybrid Working – travel to two sites in Lancashire; be available to travel; some home-working may be available as service need
* Applications may be considered from RNLD with relevant experience in mental health/trauma-informed care
* Must have access to a vehicle for work purposes and be able to travel to Care in Mind sites
Desirable Criteria
* Case management experience within a health & social care setting
* Accredited safeguarding qualification
* Experience of working in a community setting
* Experience of working within a secure setting

Care in Mind is a CQC-registered specialist service providing NHS funded intensive mental health packages and residential placements for complex young people aged 16-30, often transitioning from inpatient or secure settings.
