What We’re Looking For Qualification - Level 2 or 3 Early Years Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years education setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships. A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to manage small groups effectively while maintaining a nurturing atmosphere. Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing space that encourages exploration and discovery. Deliver In the Moment Planning (ITMP) and facilitate free-flow activities. Work in partnership with parents and carers to identify starting points and celebrate progress. Monitor and track children’s development through observations and focus weeks.
