The role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our processes and will be at the forefront of driving transformative changes, optimizing workflow and ensuring a world-class customer experience in the sales and aftermarket domain. You will be a pivotal force to establish, maintain control and govern processes for a variety of our business units under Sales and Aftermarkets. This may involve, but is not limited, to the qualification and data management activities for existing and new accounts and the development and implementation of global control frameworks and procedures. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging key stakeholders to identify pain points, strengths, and areas for enhancement. With your strategic vision, you'll design global processes and solutions that align with our company's overarching strategy. The position can be based in either our Slough or Manchester site. Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to) Identify the priorities across the entire process lifecycle managed within the team. Whilst Encompassing Lean Process Improvement opportunities, E2E design process definitions and solutions as well as supporting all Continuous Improvement projects within the team. Develop and implement a global qualification for potential accounts, including the establishment criteria, metrics and KPI's to evaluate potential opportunities. Lead the data process management for global accounts, ensuring accuracy in a timely for data inputs and outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and correct data quality issues, cleansing and enrichment activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with keyholder. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, this is to include actional insights and improvement recommendations. Create processes and controls to manage change requests. Manage and resolve divergences to standard process. Ensure adherence to applicable global/regional key accounts agreements across all of John Cranes entities. Partnering with key accounts to define strategies, NPD & R&D priorities along with new routes to market. Synchronisation between OEM's and Account Managers key accounts strategy Able to critically review existing processes, making recommendations for rationalisation and improvement to then implement them operationally. The Individual Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Proven experience working with an either a mechanical or chemical engineering setting. Ideally have experience within Lean Six Sigma. Previous experience working with a CRM system or data visualisation tools. Able to work to tight deadlines and manage the project teams. Process orientated, outcome-based problem-solving skills. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpretate complex data Strong ethical standards and a commitment to uphold the highest standards of data integrity & security.
