Overview

National Account Executive – South West for Monster Energy. This role focuses on winning new business and growing Monster’s footprint across the South West. It is not a volume-driven role; it emphasizes taking clients on a journey, building strong relationships, and unlocking long-term growth opportunities.

You’ll work with a diverse customer base—from pubs, gyms and leisure groups to retail and education—representing Monster with energy and passion. You will be supported by co-pack arrangements on financials and groundwork; the focus is on strategy, relationships and results.

Key Responsibilities

* Become an expert in the Regional Account customers, developing a clear knowledge of their operations and key drivers.
* Seek new business opportunities for Monster across both Coca Cola and Pepsi lead accounts.
* Support the NAM in defining opportunities for growth to build robust and deliverable plans which accelerate brand and portfolio performance in the market.
* Understand the opportunities and limitations of the different account environments, build and present recommendations which increase the effectiveness of the business within these customers.
* Build strong working relationships within the CCEP business, deploying influencing skills to ensure the energy objectives are prioritised and met despite broader commercial pressures.
* Consistently seek incremental above-plan growth opportunities to continually accelerate business performance in the accounts.
* Always operate as a team, sharing challenges, opportunities and learnings within the immediate team, the wider GB team and with the broader business.


About You

* Experience in sales, account management or business development – ideally on-premise or FMCG (energy drinks experience is a plus)
* Hungry, ambitious and competitive – you thrive on growth and winning new accounts
* Strong communicator and relationship-builder with influencing skills
* Flexible to travel across the South West with some overnight stays
