We’re now looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our skilled team in Washington. What You’ll Be Doing
14. Completing detailed and accurate vehicle assessments using Audatex or similar estimating systems
15. Preparing clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
16. Working closely with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure efficient repair progression
17. Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers throughout the process
18. Ensuring all repair documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience in a VDA / Estimator role within the accident repair industry
20. ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
21. Strong working knowledge of Audatex and other estimating platforms
22. Excellent communication and organisational skills
23. A detail-oriented professional who values accuracy, efficiency, and integrity
