This role involves operating production lines, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include equipment operation, materials handling, packaging, quality checks, and accurate completion of production paperwork. Manufacturing Operator working hours: Rotating Shifts (Mon-Fri 6:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) Manufacturing Operator salary: £13.79/hr Manufacturing Operator Key Duties: Operate equipment and perform production tasks per SOPs. Complete production documentation; record weights, times, dates, etc. Set up materials, inspect products, package and label goods. Maintain clean work areas, follow safety protocols, and use PPE. Support daily production targets and collaborate with the team. Manufacturing Operator Requirements: Secondary Education or equivalent. Experience in a lab/manufacturing setting or relevant training. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel. Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and work as part of a team. Comfortable with physically active work, including occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Experience with lithographic printing beneficial, not essential.
