We are working with a well-established contractor specialising in roofing and external refurbishment works across residential, commercial, and public sector projects. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in roofing to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of their ongoing and upcoming projects. Role Summary: The successful candidate will manage all commercial functions relating to roofing projects, from tender through to final account. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the works are delivered within budget, while managing subcontractor packages, valuations, cost reporting, and client liaison.
