We have a new opportunity for a Partnerships Account Manager to provide dedicated support to regional partnerships / SPVs, focusing on the successful delivery of revenue, operational and contractual outcomes, whilst also supporting the Partnerships Director by managing day-to-day interactions, tracking and managing performance, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams and university stakeholders. You will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality and high performing account management activity and play a pivotal role in UPP’s commitment to long-term partnerships and growth. This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham, with regular travel to our sites across the UK and London head office. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across UPP and partner universities, ensuring regular and effective communication. Supporting the Partnerships Director in the day-to-day management of account performance, including monitoring KPIs, contract compliance, all revenue/billing matters and service delivery. Tracking and escalating risks or issues, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution and implementation of action plans. Coordinating and contributing to the preparation of partnership boards, reporting packs and annual reviews. Collating and analysing relevant operational and performance data, supporting insight-led decision making that underpins the success of the partnerships / SPVs. Contributing to student experience and community initiatives, ensuring activity aligns with partnership goals and enhances customer experience. Enabling effective internal collaboration, ensuring relevant UPP teams are aligned and informed of account development plans and that actions are successfully delivered. We are looking for you to have experience working in account management, partnership support or contract delivery roles, along with a strong understanding of customer service and stakeholder engagement and experience working with complex service or delivery environments.
