My client is an Age Top 50+50 firm of Accountants based in the South West, with over 300 team members across 16 offices.
They are currently looking for a Financial Planning Support to join their dynamic team in either their Exeter or Plymouth offices.
As an experienced Financial Planning Support you will play a pivotal role in their success by collaborating with their Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers. Your expertise and diligence will drive the delivery of exceptional client service.
Main tasks:
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients.
• Create and maintain client records on our back-office system: Intelliflo Office.
• Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice.
• Work in partnership with our Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Follow processes and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
• A focus on detail and communicating with both clients and providers.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
• An understanding of how to communicate as part of a team, put your viewpoint across and listen to others.
• Experience delivering outstanding client service.
