About The Role
At EKFB, we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. Our four partners—Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM—bring expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including Europe's latest high-speed rail projects.
We are seeking a Senior Undertakings & Assurances (U&A) Coordinator to join our Routewide team based in Milton Keynes.
This role involves supporting the U&A Manager in overseeing daily operations, preparing for client meetings, and ensuring systems, processes, and training materials are current. You will monitor the SEm database, manage commitments, and coordinate with U&A owners to meet funding and compliance requirements.
You will assist Work Package Managers in identifying Undertakings and Assurances, support training workshops, and conduct quarterly audits to ensure adherence to processes. Additionally, you will support onboarding, performance monitoring, investigate non-compliance issues, and contribute to portal development and administration. Ensuring design-related U&As are certified at the L3 stage is also part of your responsibilities.
This position requires managing queries, using SharePoint/BIMXtra for administration, supporting external activities, and ensuring the quality of assurances through training and audits.
