Warehouse Supervisor needed in Gloucester, Paying £15.09ph, Monday to Friday 07:00am to 16:00pm, Ongoing full-time role, immediate start for the right candidate, free on-site parking, free tea & coffee. \n\nOur client, a well-established company in the industrial / logistic sector, is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead their warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehousing to take the next step in their career.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to meet daily targets and deadlines.\nCoordinate all daily warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.\nMonitor workflow and productivity to ensure efficiency across all warehouse functions.\nMaintain accurate stock control and inventory levels, completing regular stock audits.\nEnsure all Health & Safety procedures and company policies are strictly adhered to.\nLiaise with transport, customer service, and purchasing departments to coordinate logistics.\nHandle and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the warehouse, such as damaged goods or inventory inaccuracies.\nOperate FLT (Forklift Truck) equipment safely and effectively as required.\nTrain and onboard new staff, ensuring all team members are properly supported and informed.\nUse warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory, track performance, and report on KPIs.Required Qualifications & Skills:\n\nValid FLT License (Counterbalance or Reach – but not essential)\nProven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role (minimum 2 years preferred)\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nProficient in warehouse systems, procedures, and health & safety regulations\nGood IT skills, including experience with WMS or stock control software\nPhysically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks as required\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nWhat’s in it for You?\n\nCompetitive hourly wage of £15.09\nStable working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 16:00 PM\nOpportunity for overtime during peak periods\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nOn-site parking and staff facilities\nLong-term career progression within a reputable company\nHoliday entitlement and pension contributionsApply Today!\nIf you’re an experienced warehouse professional looking to lead a dynamic team and contribute to a successful operation, we’d love to hear from you.
