Job Description
* Manage and process student admissions efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain and update admissions records and databases.
* Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
* Coordinate admissions events, including open days and tours.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
* Prepare and distribute relevant documentation and communications to prospective families.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to admissions.
* Provide general administrative support to the department as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Admissions Officer should have:
* Experience in Admissions or as an Admissions Officer.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using databases and office software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
* Experience in admissions or a similar administrative role within the Not For Profit sector.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
