We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to spearhead the execution of our global communications strategy for the exciting Digital Core transformation program. This initiative involves deploying SAP S/4 HANA and other cutting-edge technology platforms across the Mars global CPG business.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our communications are not only consistent and clear but also engaging, fostering alignment among internal stakeholders and keeping program participants informed throughout the entire lifecycle.
What Are We Looking For?
* Proven Experience: You should have a strong background in strategic communications, ideally within large-scale IT or ERP transformation programs.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills are a must, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
* Global Perspective: A track record of working in global, matrixed organizations with varied stakeholder groups.
* Change Management Experience: Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci is a plus.
* Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-Starter: Strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Own the Communications Strategy: Lead the end-to-end communications strategy for the Digital Core transformation program.
* Craft Engaging Messaging: Develop clear and targeted messaging for various stakeholder groups, including senior business leaders and subject matter experts.
* Manage the Communications Roadmap: Create and oversee a communications roadmap aligned with program phases (build, test, deploy, post-go-live).
* Design Communication Materials: Produce a suite of program communications materials to educate and engage stakeholders, such as town hall presentations, newsletters, videos, and executive updates.
* Collaborate with Teams: Partner closely with the Digital Core Change Management and Project Management teams to ensure messaging consistency across workstreams.
* Drive Message Alignment: Work with segment transformation change and communications teams to promote a unified approach to Digital Core communications and stakeholder engagement.
