Hatfield, AL10 8XB
Rate of Pay:
£35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing delicious food
2. Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development
3. Cooking for up to 100 people daily, including classic and street food meals
4. Managing and working alongside a kitchen supervisor
5. Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
6. Developing strong relationships with clients, team, and customers to ensure continuous growth of the catering contract
7. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations
8. Developing and implementing seasonal menus considering customer preferences, dietary needs, and cost-effectiveness
9. Managing the kitchen budget, controlling food costs, and monitoring stock levels
10. Addressing issues promptly and implementing solutions for smooth operations
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in contract catering is essential.
