Pay: £12.40 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights
Contract: Full-time, Permanent and Part-time, Permanent
The Role
* Provide person-centred support to adults with complex and profound needs
* Support daily living tasks (medication, cooking, cleaning, activities)
* Offer emotional and practical support
* Support community access, independence, and skill development
* Build positive, trusting relationships
About You
* Understanding of challenging behaviours and developmental needs
* Resilient, confident, and compassionate
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Experience in care or mental health settings desirable (not essential)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential)
