Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons aligned to EHCP outcomes. Create a structured, calm, and supportive learning environment. Support students with a variety of complex needs, including ASD and MLD. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals. Track and assess student progress, contributing to reviews and reports. Promote emotional regulation, independence, and communication skills. Be an active contributor to the wider life and values of the school. Qualifications and Experience: QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential). Prior experience working in a SEND or specialist setting (preferred). Strong understanding of differentiation and adaptive teaching strategies. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. A caring, creative, and patient teaching style. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
