An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Central Support division, to oversee all systems, IT and tech support. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovation and a desire to enable increased efficiencies across a multi-disciplinary business.
Key responsibilities:
* Streamline all systems and evaluate new technologies across the business to ensure efficiency.
* Work in association with our IT provider to maintain, secure and optimize the phone system, mobiles, laptops and tablets.
* Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Implement security protocols, manage backups, file storage, data protection & enforce software licensing laws.
* Oversee IT projects, upgrades & new system implementations, ensuring timely delivery.
* Provide guidance and training on all IT issues, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure user needs are met.
* Strategise with a commercial perspective on tech and AI implementation across the business.
Successful candidates will:
* Have experience in an IT/systems role.
* Ideally hold a degree or equivalent advanced qualification in IT, computer science or a related field.
* Have a passion for innovation and AI technology.
* Be approachable, friendly & willing to support.
