The Role Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for managing the debt ledger for multiple divisions through collections activity Manage external client relationships by problem solving with key debtors Manage team members to ensure strong credit control & purchase order performance Take a lead in introducing and maintaining efficient processes, working with all stake holders Ensure optimum use of Aderant finance system & other systems of the firm Support Head of Credit Control with the successful implementation of finance projects Promote credit control and finance goals within the wider business Responsible for collection of part of the debt ledger Coordinate with other finance teams to ensure efficient processes and problem resolution Manage recovery action including working with collection agents Produce effective and accurate KPIs and management information to help drive performance Skill set Experience of working with or in the public sector CICM qualified / part qualified Strong communication skills at all levels, including senior stakeholders Technically competent including strong Excel skills Strong relationship building skills.
