Prior VisualFiles development experience. Experience working in an Agile software development environment. Responsibilities: Technical development: responsible for creating business solutions that interface with the firm's line of business applications and customizing off-the-shelf software. Support the integration of VisualFiles with other firm-wide packages, including the practice management system. Propose, design, and implement new and innovative systems, analyzing existing systems to identify opportunities for streamlining and performance enhancement. Assist with business process analysis to enhance and develop workflow processes as needed. Work closely with the Projects team to map out projects. Workflow and integration development: build process improvement workflows across the line of business applications using available platforms, assisting others to integrate workflows into line of business applications. Database development: design data structures and access methods to support custom development. Data analysis: build applications for accurate management information and reporting, integrating case and financial data into developed applications.
