They are looking for a Training Student Services Advisor to join their growing team. This is a key role within their Training team and will focus on supporting the certification journey of learners, delivering an exceptional level of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
7. Handle learner enquiries and provide excellent customer service
8. Liaise with awarding bodies to ensure timely certification
9. Maintain accurate learner records and assist with training reports
10. Monitor and review training-related reports
11. Provide administrative support to the wider training team
What We're Looking For:
12. A professional, articulate, and confident individual with strong communication skills (Must)
13. Previous experience in a customer service role (Must)
14. Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines (Must)
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
16. A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
17. Full UK driving licence (Preferred)
