The team support clients’ cross-border transactions assess their international tax strategies and provide a range of services supporting clients through the transfer pricing life cycle. As a member of this team, you’ll work on multidisciplinary projects helping clients develop integrated and far-sighted global strategies in the ever-changing regulatory environment.
Your key responsibilities
1. Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
2. Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
3. Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business focused approach taken
4. Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for both EY and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm.
5. Team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
6. Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
7. Strong technical skills and keen to develop further
8. Ability to build strong client relationships
9. Excellent communicator in range of situations both written and oral
10. Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards

17. Strong transfer pricing technical skills

19. Effective time management
20. Degree or postgraduate degree essential
21. ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA; or Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training Course; or Law qualification; or CFA; or breadth of knowledge equivalent to a Tax specialist qualification
22. Project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget and time
