Your new role
Providing administrative support to advisers and their clients to ensure high standards of service. This will include a broad range of responsibilities dealing with all aspects of financial planning administration, liaising with product providers, chasing up outstanding information, assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, uploading information accurately on back-office systems, being a key point of contact for clients for administration enquiries and queries.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of working in financial planning administration, preferably gained within an IFA practice, a good understanding of administrative processes, experience of using back-office systems, excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail.
