Your new role
In your new role as a Senior Cloud Client Adviser, you will work within the firm's finance and outsource team undertaking duties including:
* Managing your own portfolio of clients
* Managing the client experience from start to finish
* Liasing with clients over timetables for work, data collection progress
* Ensuring assignments are completed to an agreed time and budget
* Dealing with client questions and queries
* Maintaining excellent communication with team members and clients
* Ensuring fees are promptly issued and maintaining strong WIP management
* Ensuring all workflows are proactively managed
* Ensuring targets are met and achieved
* Supporting and contributing to the management of the department
* Coaching and supporting team members
* Other ad hoc duties when required
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role within a CA firm and be educated to degree level in Accounting. Ideally, you will also be working towards a professional qualification such ACCA / AAT. The ideal candidate will also have experience of cloud bookkeeping and exposure to software such as Xero, Sage Business Cloud and Quickbooks as well as being proficient across all Microsoft platforms including Excel. The successful applicant will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable attending virtual and in-person meetings.
The successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge and a track record within bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts preparation and be comfortable building relationships with clients.
