We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to become a key part of our team. If you're a capable all-rounder who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy, and can juggle bookkeeping with admin tasks, this could be the perfect fit for you!
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
✔️ Managing purchase & sales ledgers
✔️ Performing bank reconciliations
✔️ Processing invoices, payments & receipts
✔️ Supporting payroll and CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) administration
✔️ Assisting with general office administration
✔️ Ensuring compliance with financial procedures
🎯 What We're Looking For:
✨ Proven experience in accounts / bookkeeping
✨ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✨ Experience with CIS / construction admin (a big plus!)
✨ Highly organised with great time management
✨ Comfortable working independently within set hours
✨ Confident using accounting software & Microsoft Office
🎓 Bonus Points If You Have:
➕ An accounting qualification (AAT or similar)
