With 120+ employees and an enviable client list, we're looking for an Account Manager to build great relationships with clients while hitting targets and driving growth.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular contact via email, phone, and in-person meetings
* Working towards renewal and retention targets (with rewards for your success)
* Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to increase subscription value
* Arranging introductions to other teams where necessary to push sales opportunities forward
* Gathering product feedback to help our development team enhance our platform
* Understanding client needs and structuring bespoke solutions for their businesses
We're looking for someone with:
* Commercial experience: Minimum 1 year of hitting targets in a client/sales-focused role
* People skills: Natural ability to connect with others, exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence
* Target-driven mindset: Motivation to exceed targets with a passion for self-improvement
* Resilience: Ability to handle challenging situations and bounce back from setbacks
* Problem-solving abilities: Skill in understanding unique client needs and developing tailored solutions
