Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Process customer orders, returns, invoices, and handle general enquiries.
* Assist with stock control, reconciliation, and compliance checks.
* Support administration for distributors and wholesalers in the UK and Ireland.
* Coordinate deliveries from overseas and liaise with logistics and quality teams.
* Set up new customers and maintain accurate system data.
* Provide support during colleague absences and help resolve stock issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
* Proven experience in a similar role and be available for an ASAP start.
* Strong customer focus with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
