About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team. You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and non-verbal communication, helping them to live happy, safe, and independent lives.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred support to service users
* Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily activities
* Support individuals with communication, social interaction, and life skills
* Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice for each person you support
Requirements
* Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
* CPI (MAPA) training (essential)
* Moving and Handling experience (essential)
* Experience administering medication (essential)
* A positive, caring and proactive approach
* Drivers and non-driver’s welcome
