The Role
As a Junior Commercial Account Handler, you will assist in managing a portfolio of SME and Mid-Market clients, supporting Account Directors in delivering excellent service. Responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business enquiries across a range of commercial insurance classes.
2. Supporting the preparation and processing of accurate documentation and client communications.
3. Helping Account Directors achieve branch renewal and new business targets through proactive client management.
