What you will be doing:
1. You will lead the operations of a busy service that removes barriers, promotes inclusive practice, and creates reasonable adjustments to students’ learning programmes and university experience.
2. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and strong decision-making skills, with evidence of previous experience of line management or team leadership.
3. You will promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture that supports team cohesion and student access, progression, and retention.
Qualifications:
Degree plus higher degree or formal professional qualification
