About You
You will have previous experience in a customer support role, ideally providing first-line IT or systems support, alongside managing a high volume of administrative tasks. You are confident with technology, enjoy problem-solving and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable training and supporting users with varying levels of confidence, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. While experience in education or schools is desirable, it’s not essential — what matters most is your passion for education and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
You will also demonstrate our core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, aspiration and agility, and enjoy working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
