Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will manage a busy temp desk supplying staff to a wide range of clients. This is a full 360 role requiring a mix of sales, service, and candidate management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow an existing temp desk or develop new business opportunities Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles Build strong relationships with clients through site visits, check-ins, and excellent customer service Fill bookings quickly and efficiently, often at short notice Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and other legal/industry standards Maintain accurate records using CRM and timesheet systems Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment or high-volume temporary staffing (essential) Strong understanding of the industrial/logistics/warehouse sector Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment IT proficient (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, job boards) Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised Full UK driving licence (required for client visits and on-site support) What We Offer: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives and bonuses Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and experienced leadership team Progression opportunities within the branch and wider business Company phone, laptop, and mileage allowance (if applicable
