About the Role
Practice Managers are the backbone of any successful dental practice. At Bupa Dental Care, our Practice Managers have the autonomy to manage daily operations and shape the future of the practice. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at 77 Harley Street.
Responsibilities and Skills
1. Deliver industry-leading patient care.
2. Monitor and plan to meet income targets, including recruitment, marketing, diary management, patient recalls, and treatment plans.
3. Lead and motivate a team of 7-15 colleagues.
4. Drive business priorities through collaboration and influencing.
5. Market the practice proactively to increase patient numbers.
6. Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager.
7. Manage recruitment and selection of staff.
8. Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.
Requirements
* Experience in a private, specialist dental practice is essential.
* Confidence in using computer software and communication tools such as email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
* Previous dental management experience is desirable, but applications from managers in other sectors are welcome.

77 Harley Street is a fully private, 4-surgery practice offering oral surgery, periodontics, implants, and All-on-Four treatments.
