Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Agricultural and Groundcare team as Marketing Lead. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the Marketing strategy, building strong relationships with all stakeholders including our dealer network, internal colleagues, external agencies, as well as press & influencers to ensure all marketing and sales opportunities, alongside the representation of our brand, is achieved by the highest possible level. The Marketing Executive and Tactical Marketing Executive report into this role.
The role is 37.5 hours a week and we are operating a hybrid model of working, with occasional travel within the UK and potentially internationally.
The responsibilities of the Marketing Lead include but are not limited to:
1. Setting the Marketing strategy for the UK through an annual Marketing Plan.
2. Setting and managing an annual budget aligned with strategic plans and product launches.
3. Aligning with the European Marketing team on new product launch activities and events to ensure a consistent and unified approach.
4. Managing the Marketing executives, including setting and monitoring annual objectives.
5. Overseeing all digital activity: content creation, web content, newsletters, customer testimonials, and campaign coordination.
6. Dealer Marketing Communication covering new launches and other initiatives.
7. Press management: creation and implementation of press releases, press tests, launch invites, and hosting.
8. Influencer management: contracts, content, and relationship management.
9. Developing and implementing media plans online and offline.
10. End-to-end event management for incentive trips, hospitality events, annual conferences, and regional TBU events.
11. Managing and developing product photo and film shoots with Marketing Executives.
12. Developing and managing campaign materials (print & digital adverts, brochures, spec sheets, dealer templates, posters, product pages, web banners, and animations).
13. Measuring ROI through monthly management reports.
14. Collaborating with other marketing teams (Construction, Engines, and Aftersales) to create consistent cross-divisional brand messages.

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
* Knowledge and qualification in marketing, short of a degree level
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing
* Proven track record in marketing roles (minimum 5 years)
* Line management experience
* In-depth knowledge of Marketing Department functions
* Experience with marketing software packages
* Experience in Marketing Management/Supervisory roles
* Experience within the Agriculture and Groundcare sectors
* Knowledge of how a Dealer network functions
Aptitude, skills & abilities
* Strong IT skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Experience with marketing software
* Creative mindset
* Exceptional attention to detail and highly analytical
* Strong team-building and people management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident negotiator and persuasive communicator
Personal/Other attributes
* Ability to be based in the Thame office at least 3 days per week
* Flexibility to travel occasionally within the UK, Europe, and internationally
