Telent are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join the Business Support team due to an influx of work. This is a Hybrid / Agile working role that will see you work out of the Warwick office (CV34 5AH) at least 1-2 days per week, and working from home. It is advantageous to be commutable to the Warwick office, however, flexibility required. The successful Commercial Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day running of a busy Commercial team. This includes, but is not limited to, administration of Supplier contractual documentation and correspondence, management of data, preparation of reports and contractual archiving. What you'll do: Completion of the weekly payment runs to suppliers, collating all relevant data and sharing with the commercial team to ensure that Telent performs on all contractual obligations and minimising financial liabilities. Complete weekly and monthly reports to enable clear and consistent decision making is possible within the commercial team. Drafting written documents and/or contractual documents in a consistent and timely manner. Action administrative requests in a timely and effective manner. Effectively chase for missing documentation or data to support the processing of information for the team and escalate where required. Action data/administrative system approvals as and where required. Support and coordinate communications of contractual documentation on a weekly/monthly basis to the supply chain teams and other teams. Who you are: This Commercial Administrator role would be ideal for an experienced Administrator / Admin who is comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, SharePoint and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills will also be key to be successful in this post. This role can be busy at times, so experience with meeting deadlines and handling pressure would be advantageous.
