What can you expect working as a Line Leader in Alconbury
Manage and inspire a team of General Operatives and Machine Operatives to operate
the line.
Suggest better ways for our citrus, grape, or loose lines to run effectively.
Complete regular reports to log and trace KPI performance.
Report any stock errors to your Line Manager.
Make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Complete all relevant paperwork and admin before finishing your shift.
