We are currently working with a leading contractor who is looking for a Senior Repairs Administrator to join their responsive repairs team in Brentwood.
This is a permanent position focused on managing workflow, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing a team of up to 15 administrators/planners, and ensuring operational KPIs are consistently achieved within a fast-paced repairs and maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing day-to-day workflow within the responsive repairs team
2. Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of up to 15 staff members
3. Monitoring and tracking KPIs to ensure service delivery targets are achieved
4. Delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving escalated queries
5. Managing repairs administration processes from job allocation through to completion
6. Liaising with operatives, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
