Your Role:
* Lead and manage the clinical care within Ward 24, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
* Step into the shoes of the Ward Manager when needed, taking responsibility for smooth operations
* Serve as a role model for junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
* Ensure adherence to local and trust policies, setting the standard for high-quality care

Person Specification
* Significant year's experience gained after registration
* Good Working Knowledge of Discharge Pathways
Knowledge, Training & Experience
* Experience of Leading a Team
* Clinical Management Experience
* Experience in answering Datix and/complaints
Skills & Abilities
* Nursing degree or equivalent
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
