What you’ll do:
* Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
* Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events.
* Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
* Support and train new team members.
* Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
* Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
* Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines.
What we’re looking for:
* Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
* Confident chef and excellent team player.
* Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food.
* Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
* Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
