Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 16:30pm & 1 day 6:30am - 15:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily litter picking, sweeping, and tidying of all communal areas.
Notify the development manager of any site issues.
Rotate bins on collection day to ensure these are collected by the council.
Act as custodian of the building and surrounding grounds.
Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and safety of all public and communal areas.
Interact courteously and professionally with residents.
Wet wash bin store floors weekly and ensure overall hygiene and cleanliness.
Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance and uniform at all times.
