Your Mission
1. Manage lifecycle processes from pre-onboarding through offboarding in close partnerships with Talent (“HR”) Business Partners.
2. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll with external vendors for respective countries.
3. Handle employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfer, contract creation and management, employee profile management, etc.
4. Support mobility activities, including work permit applications, renewals, and relocation issues.
5. Work as a key admin user in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and proper records.
6. Take ownership of employee benefit activities (insurance, health checks, etc.) and projects.
7. Evaluate, drive, and implement process, guideline, and workflow optimizations, always seeking automation and improvements.
8. Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects to deliver operational excellence and a seamless talent experience.
9. Support logistics and organization of local activities such as trainings, townhalls, and offsites.
Your Profile
1. 2-6 years’ experience in Payroll or HR Shared Services.
2. Solid experience with processes, data, and systems; Workday knowledge is a plus.
3. Good understanding of business processes and their impact across functions.
4. Ability to innovate through process and structural improvements.
5. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys thinking outside the box.
6. Excellent service mindset and communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to project scope changes while meeting deadlines.
8. Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
