What You'll Be Doing:
* Improving, manufacturing, assembly & test processes to boost efficiency, quality & cost savings
* Leading root cause analysis (8D, RCA, DMAIC) to solve complex production issues
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams
* Implementing Lean tools (PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care)
* Supporting production troubleshooting across electro-mechanical products
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real operational change
What We're Looking For:
* HNC/HND qualified + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
* Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & CI methodologies
* Experience with electro-mechanical assembly & testing environments
* Experience in record leading change & improvement projects
* Confident problem-solver with excellent stakeholder communication
Clearance: BPSS required | SC preferred (can be processed)
