Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, shareholder/director disputes, and professional negligence. Draft, review, and advise on a wide array of commercial contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, and terms & conditions. Advise businesses on risk management, regulatory compliance, and general commercial matters. Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and contribute to high-value, complex matters. Support business development and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate closely with other departments and partners to provide integrated legal solutions. What We're Looking For: A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience (more senior candidates welcome). Background in litigation (civil or commercial), commercial contracts, corporate law, or a blended commercial practice. Strong drafting and negotiation skills Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach Confident working independently and managing competing deadlines.
