At Saint Francis Hospice, having just celebrated 40 years of caring, we are now embarking on an exciting and ambitious 5-year strategy to ensure that we will be here for our local community.
Role Overview
Supporters are at the heart of everything we do, and delivering a first-class experience is central to the effective stewardship of our donors and potential donors.
This role is crucial in ensuring this, utilizing a natural ability to engage with people both on the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role and demonstrate friendliness, compassion, and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the fundraising Hub.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for potential supporters visiting the hospice.
3. Handle administrative duties such as thanking supporters and responding to inquiries.
